How Do I Stop Head Spins When Lying Down, I

how do I stop head spins when lying down, I had a traumatic brain ingury about two weeks ago. In perfectly fine now but whenever I'm lying down my head stats spinning but it's stop safer a couple seconds. And whenever I move while laying down it happens again.
