how much yellowing of the skin (light Caucasian) is required to diagnose jaundice? I have been ill for 4 months with various symptoms that have been diagnosed as heart disease, kidney disease, low blood pressure and as psycho somatiic with no definite resolution. Today I noticed that all my symptoms seem to be classic symptoms of liver disease. I have a 55 year history of Type I diabetes.
