How To Take The GTX Capsules For Low Breast Milk Supply?

Hello doctor.. I am having 3 months old baby and I face low milk supply. Doctor prescribed me to take gtx capsules to boost the breastmilk production. My query is how to take the gtx capsules? Should we take it as such lik other pills or should we remove the outer capsule cover and take the ingredients alone? Pls help me.
