Husband Diabetic Unresponsive Most Of The Day. I (spouse) Drove

husband diabetic unresponsive most of the day. I (spouse) drove to Ann Arbor MI today. paramedics had to help get him into car. blood sugars low for him 135 was last one a few minutes ago. he is cold & won't or is unable to eat. can hardly get him to talk at all seems like he's not with the program. Has been in & out of hospital & nursing home 5 times in the last year. I am unbelievably worried what should I do?
