Husband Had Strep Throat And Sense Then Has Had Anxiety

husband had strep throat and sense then has had anxiety and trouble sleeping. he snores very bad and I believe has sleep apnea. He has an appointment for a sleep study but thats a week away also has an appointment with a ENT specialist but also is a week away. My husband says he feels like something is in his throat . What can he do to rest until then? Now he thinks he has thyroid cancer
