He wakes up with a loud gaging cough every morning for at least the last 10 years and now coughs sometimes while sleeping also and screams out some sort of unrecognizable sound? Just wondering what dangers or possible causes and prognosis of this might be? also his father, uncle, cousin and more I don't know of all died of cancer before 60?
