Hy..i Was Diagnosed With Osteoporosis Early This Year...previous To That

hy..i was diagnosed with osteoporosis early this year...previous to that id had osteopenia...my legs and lower back ache and i feel tired more than usual..iv also got a hip/replacement in due to osteoarthritis...from 12 years ago...im just worried how im going to be in a few more years..
