Hy..l Started Using Trigestel Today L Have Been Using Triphasil...l

hy..l started using trigestel today l have been using triphasil...l finished my periods taking triphasil but on the trigestel it says l must start on redpill my day is sunday n sunday is the last red pill on trigestel should l start with that red one then monday it will be the brown one...a bit confused please help..thnk u
