I HAVE HAD HOARSENESS FOR QUITE A NUMBER OF WEEKS

i HAVE HAD HOARSENESS FOR QUITE A NUMBER OF WEEKS - IS THIS TO DO WITH A HEART PROBLEM. I have atrial fibrillation (take Warfarin 1 and 3 mg) A mitral regurgitation. I have had several blackouts in the past.
My hoarseness is becoming worrying - I had a choking cough about a month ago for about 10 days. I am an 83yr. old lady - I have a Loop Recorder fitted in my chest.
