i HAVE HAD trans Nasal tRANSPHENOIDAL APPROACH AND RESECTION OF pituitary Adenoma. I was reading my medical report and I discovered that I had the middle turbinate permanently removed and posterior was disected. I am having this serious problem with Sinus Drainiage, slimy tongue and I can't hardly swallow. What is going on??? What are the long term side affects down the road that can be caused by this surgery? I have had it for 3 years now. Please help.
