I HAVE MILD CASE OF OSITO ARTHRITIS IN MY HIPS,

i HAVE MILD CASE OF OSITO ARTHRITIS IN MY HIPS, HANDS AND IN MY LEFT KNEE . I HAVE A VERY HARD TIME TO WALK VERY FAR WITH OUT PAIN IN MY FEET and my left hip and in the front part of my leg near the groan area. WHEN I set down for a little while I hurt real bad in my lower body, very stiff and it hurts to walk , after i move around a little bit about 10 min. it gets a little better until I sit again , and get up to walk. It is worst in the evening .
