I Accidentally Moved My Neck Really Fast Unexpectedly And Got

i accidentally moved my neck really fast unexpectedly and got a blinding pain shooting through my neck to my head and it felt like I couldn't move my head for a second. My head was in pain and I felt a cool sensation running up to my head from my neck before the feeling and pain completely disappeared within 10 seconds. This happens a few times when I accidentally jerk my neck, is this something serious I should be worried about or is it just my carelessness?
