I Accidently Swallowed A Small Plastic Plate That Protected My

i accidently swallowed a small plastic plate that protected my gums after a small operation. It is 2 by 1.5 cm. It passed my upper oesophagus but it seems something is in the lower oesophages (or just a scratch and it now in my stomac) . What to do?
