I Ad A Seizure On April 2014 B/c I Fell

i ad a seizure on april 2014 b/c i fell on vacation and developed a brain hemmoragh. I was put on keppra 750 mg 2 x a day. Haven't had a seizure in about 6 months. the hemmoragh has desolved and I have a tiny bit of scar tissue left. when do u feel i can wean off this medication
