I Am 12hr Post RFA On Left Knee, I Have

i am 12hr post RFA on Left Knee, i have a headache that feels like my head is going to explode. no bleeding from injection sites, its is swollen and warm to the touch, BP 149/89B left sitting, P80, i took Narco 5/325 PO at 1600 and Topiramate 50mg Tab PO at 1900 hoping that it would help my headache and lower my BP. i have no history of hypertension. is this normal or should i go to ED?
