I Am 14 Months Post Op Exploratory Lap For Small

i am 14 months post op exploratory lap for small bowel perforation. I now and have been for a few months short of breath. I have bilateral leg and feet pain with swelling. my abdomen is always terribly bloated and I have gained at least 25 pounds in one year. my family physician says my lungs are clear yet I am having great difficulty with shortness of breath. my belly is extended up into my chest.
