I Am 19 Yr Old Female I Am Having Fever

i am 19 yr old female i am having fever cough headache from the last two mnths for the first as per doctor prescription i took the medicine of typhoid but it doesn't help so the doctor send me to hospital where the dr did my chest x ray and said i have tb then they did my blood test and readings are hb 8.2 and esr 60 the dr said esr is high what this means ? do i have some major problem
