I Am 20 Days Post Abdominal Hysterectomy, Last 48 Hours

i am 20 days post abdominal hysterectomy, last 48 hours my right armpit lymph node swelled up it hurts too pee and has since surgery oct 20 th . should i call my dr they ruled out uti but im worried one side of incision is slightly red and not healing as well as other?
