I Am 20 Years Old And For The Last Year

i am 20 years old and for the last year or two i experience (rarely - once every few months) cloudiness in my urine. i never bothered with it because it was fine. but sometimes (maybe ever 4-6 months) i pass tiny white specs in my urine and have stinging pain in the head of my penis while urinating. the pain coincides with the inability to urinate fully. it feels like urine get to the head of my penis and is then stopped.
