I Am 22 Weeks Into Preganancy The Target Scan Shows

i am 22 weeks into preganancy the target scan shows bilateral mild fetal renal pelviectasia noted right measures 4.6 mm and the left measures 4.0 mm. what are the consequences.can my baby lead a normal life?is their side effect or it could be a problem of down sydrome? I'm lot of worried about this. pls, reply for me..
