I Am 24 Ad Have Been Trying To Figure Out

i am 24 ad have been trying to figure out whats goin on for months now iv had blood work and urinalysis done by 2 different clinics a all my results came back within in tha normal range but my symptoms are extreme burning pain in shaft of penis all most daily with shiny slimy discharge also extreme throbbing pain in testicles, groin, penis, and mid abdomen lower rib cage region after ejaculation body sensitive to cold with occasional hot flashes occasional dizziness apon standing occasional loss of thought mid conversation occasional instantaneous loss of consciousness upon laying down legs have a swollen feel to them also a slight shock like stingin pain in random areas at random times itchy throat feels like a small lump in throat when i swallow green sinus drain and congestion also loss of energy and shiny oilly secretion from face with a weird smell to it??? Any answers and\or suggestions would be greatly appreciated thank u and god bless....
