I Am 26 Years Old And Recently Married.my Periods Were

i am 26 years old and recently married.my periods were always irregular. i was diagnosed with pcos and i was always high on the weight scale. i took duphastone tablets for a year and i can only get my periods after taking the medication. i have no sexual drive and its affecting my marriage. i have spotting after a work out or wearing a heel but theres no periods. i am extremely worried and need some help!!
