I Am 28 Years Old And Married..last 2 Days Ago

i am 28 years old and married..last 2 days ago , i do urine test and got positive result...today i go hospital, and do trans vaginal ultrasound...but doctor told,he can't told that i m pregnant or not..i meed to go again hospital 2 week later to do the same test...i am really worried..my last period came November 10...is there any chance that i am pregnant?
