I Am 29 And Still Have A Baby Tooth That

i am 29 and still have a baby tooth that sits behind my canine. the baby took is loose but will not fall out and now it is putting me in pain so much that i cant close my mouth all the way in fear the my lower teeth will push on it. i have been putting orajel on it all day but it is only getting worse what should i do?
