I Am 30 Yrs Male Due To Excessive Masturbation Means

i am 30 yrs male due to excessive masturbation means 10-15 times a day in class 9,10,11,12 and afterwards my crave of bdsm life style for 8 yrs with my girl friend where she used to control my erection for 2-3 days by binding my penis via tape n strings for long time for continious 48-72 hrs some time so that I couldn't able to get erection.
Now from 2011 firstly blood was coming in urine then in semen and now it was very painful and doing urine looks light fighting at war , I have to hold something while during urine. and nowdays whenever i do urine latrin already comes out while putting pressure for urine. I have shown to many doctors but nothing came out in report and all medication goes in vain.
According to my view i think my main vein of penis got damaged due to excessive bondage and masturbation. kindly suggest what to do as family is pressurising for marriage. kindly suggest in urgent basis as doing urine and regular blood in urine is major issue.
