I Am 32 Years Old I Am A Mom Of

i am 32 years old I am a mom of two healthy boys. But I have been diagnosed at 18 with Graves' disease I'm on levothroxine also have major depression ibs rls anxiety and fibromyalgia. I am very sick I think I have ms but doctors say my tests are fine I don't want anymore medicine I take enough. They tell me a lot of this is in my head I have suffered so long just want to know how to fix this please help
