I Am 36yrs Old, In My HSG Report Taken On

i am 36yrs old, In my HSG report taken on 2011 there is small irregular filling defects in uterine cavity and impression is arcuate uterus, but in the scan report it says normal uterus. How it is possible? I undergone for IUI in December 2011, it is failed. In June 2014 I went for treatment, my doctors suggests for endometrium biopsy and it results in MCR (mycobacterium tuberculosis) and i started treatement for TB with AKT-4 for 3 months and now with AKT-3 for one month. Can i have the chance to conceive???????????
