I Am 39yrs Old And Having DVT.i Am On DVT

i am 39yrs old and having DVT.i am on DVT treatment as acitrom 3/4mg day after with asprin 150 mg last 4 to 5 month.now i am having unwanted pregnancy.can i take mt pills or stop to taking DVTdrugs.i can not understand what can i do.can i feel free by your suggession.please guide me. thanks
