I Am 40 Years, 168 Cm, 80 Kg Male. I

i am 40 years, 168 cm, 80 kg male. i have pain and blood bleeding while going motion. Already once checked by endoscopy there was only some scratches in anul, no any other problem, after 2 weeks everything become normal. Now i want to know food makes me to go free motion to avoid pain & bleeding....please
