I Am 40 Yrs Old- Was Pregnant Last Year But

i am 40 yrs old- was pregnant last year but miscarried. my periods always very regular. i am now 11 days late missed period and had cramping and feel like i am urinating more. all of my tests have been negative. i have never missed a perriod except when i was pregnant. what could be wrong?
