I Am 42 And Was Told 8 Yrs Ago We

i am 42 and was told 8 yrs ago we could not have kids due to sperm issues unless ivf i have regular periods last pmp was 1/19 i have a 25 dy cycle. normlly bleed is 4-5 dy followed by 2 dy spotting. on 2/12 and 13 had mild bleeding nothing after. also this bleeding did not have the normal smell of a period. there really was not smell at all. having symptoms but neg test. sense of smell is high, breast are noticeably larger they are not sagging but raised, tender, nipples irritated and skin acne all over arms belly back. i worried i have blighted ovum or maybe my levels are too low to detect on hpt.
