I Am 43 Weigh 268lbs I Am 5'8. A Week

i am 43 weigh 268lbs I am 5'8. a week ago I had our NP at work look in my left ear because it was clogged and she said it had a little fluid and I should take some Sudafed or mucinex decongestant. I have been doing this now a week and I have developed more symptoms..i now have lots of drainage my nose is constant drain and I have green phelm . I don't have a cough so to speak. I have right temple headache, I tend to get sinus migraines seasonally. I I don't have any fever that I know of. I don't have chest pain. my throat is irritated/sore but not severe. I have been taking motrin for headaches but don't get much relief. I have also been taking echinicea (herb) to help boost immune system. i have minimal pressure in eyes but before starting the Sudafed they were itchy.
