I Am 47, Usually Active. Was Struck By Lightning On

i am 47, usually active. Was struck by lightning on labor day 2013. My health (mental and physical) keeps declining. I have a psychologist and psychiatrist via the generosity of REHAB program. I have Meneres disease and fall alot. I fell on my knee on the 30th and it still hurts on scale...usually 7 and up. I went to ER, not broken. I was given a knee brace but I dont have insurance so I have stayed in bed....sort of. I have followed RICE, do you have any ideas of how to speed up healing?
