I Am 47 Yr Old Female. I Am Pooping Bright

i am 47 yr old female. I am pooping bright red blood with NO stool. i have on and off cramps as if i were in labor pains. these cramps and pain are from lower GI area about every 30 min or so. It began with an hour of SEVERE diarrhea this morning around 8am Eastern time. There has been no diarrhea since then , only pooping the blood now every hour or so.
