I Am 50 Years Of Age Two Years Ago I

i am 50 years of age two years ago i went in to have a same day procedure done and while under antastia i went into v tach. initially they thought it was medically induced. however, i went for genetic testing and was positive for pro longed q t type 2 and soon after so wasnt my{ at the time} 7 year old daughter also tested positive for pro longed q t. what in your opinion could have caused me to go into v tach. i was in icu for 6 days after this
