I Am 5'4, 250, 39 Years Old. I Went On

i am 5'4, 250, 39 years old. I went on lisinopril two months ago for borderline high blood pressure. I went off the birth control pill around the same time. My period did not show up until 10 days ago. I am not pregnant and I have always had periods that are "whenever" they feel like it, hence the birth control. However, I never had one last more than 2 days with 1 heavy day. I have had 10 heavy, heavy days. Could either lisinprol or going off BC cause this?
