I Am 54 Y Female With Monthly Periods And Elevated

i am 54 y female with monthly periods and elevated HCG, 17, pelvic US neg for pregnancy. chest exray shows retrocardiac opacity. im concerned about certain types of cancers, ie; small cell lung cancer, may be missed by the physicians that are unclear of these findings.
