I Am 55 Yr Old Female 120 Lbs Was Aliving

i am 55 yr old female 120 lbs was aliving kidney donor Tueday and now haven't slept two days and nights because of the tylenol. But i can get by without the oyx' can't have any nsaids even took a half a 12 ambien twice last night but never fell asleep. Only took tylonol at 3:40 pm and 10:30 pm.took a typlnol PM and a regular. I am exhausted.. Thanks
