I Am 56 And Worked In The Food Industry Most

i am 56 and worked in the food industry most of my life. Lately I notice my muscles are twitchigng, and I get charlie horses. Also, my joints , knee in particular will be fine one minute, and unbearable to walk on with one wrong turn. My fingers sometimes get stuck in a particular position while I am cutting and slicing. Is it arthritis? Carpel tunnel?
