I Am 57 Yo Female. Type II Diabetic. Over The

i am 57 yo female. type II diabetic. over the course of a few years i lost 40 lbs without trying. suddenly in the last 8 months i began gaining weight. i have a huge stomach..very swollen legs and feet. i have copious amounts of gas and belching...shortness of breath..coughing..clearing throat and producing thick sputum..i have been all over to numerous physicians to find out whats going on. who should i go to? what question s should I ask?
