I Am 60. Had Brachy Therapy For Prostate Cancer 2

i am 60. Had brachy therapy for prostate cancer 2 years ago. also had haemroids operation 10yrs ago. First 12 months after brachy burning during urination minimized (became bearable) but in the last 10 months it got progressively worst. I burning in the penis is most uncomfortable almost not bearable. In the last 2 months it is coupled with a burning anus after i urinate. Most uncomfortable.
