I Am 60 Years Old Have Rheumatoid Arthritis,enlarged Prostate And

i am 60 years old have rheumatoid arthritis,enlarged prostate and some stomach issues.i don't get enough sleep becuase i am always getting up to urinate because of my enlarged prostate.i take medication for my arthritis and for my enlarged prostate.but nothing for my stomach issue till i see a specialist.how long can my body function normally without getting enough rest?and i do have to take naps not cause i want to but, i get tired and fatigued very easily.
