I Am 62 Years Old Male About 6 Feet Tall

i am 62 years old male about 6 feet tall and 215 pounds. About 2 months ago i started having numbness in my fingers and toes. now it seems to be moving to my arms and legs. i was checked for limes and it was negative. i have no pain in my back or neck . What can you tell me i should do.
