I Am 65 Yr Old Male,,,just Beat Hep C With

i am 65 yr old male,,,just beat hep c with a 10 pill a day combo i got at va in prov. ri,feel alot better now than before getting rid of the hep c,,,,,,i have a ultra sound every year and it comes back with dilated common bile duct,,,,,but never had a echogenic liver,,,suggests fatty iniltration ,,,is this bad ?,,should i be on a diet,,,,?
