I Am 66 Year Old Male In Good Shape But

i am 66 year old male in good shape but i used a sledge hammer which is not normal activity for me several weeks ago and the following day my neck hurt - bad enough for days that sleeping was an issue - now weeks later neck still has same pain, but better enough to sleep okay - like a pinch nerve if i can use the term to describe and in addition my shoulder hurts on a line the seems to be connected to neck and there is half dollar size small cyst like on my shoulder at point where line from neck pain seems to end
