I Am 69 Years Old.I Have Had Prostatitis For Years

i am 69 years old.I have had prostatitis for years with treatment with cipro probably twice each year.my psa was 7.2 in 2014 but always dropped again to around 4 after antibiotics. i have had blood in my semen for about 5 yrs. i have had had a DRE done each year as required and it was always normal. This year my psa was 6.2 and after a month on Cipro it increased to 7.2. urologist ordered a mri of prostate.
Mri shows two lesions in transitional zone that were classified as pi rad 3 .
I will be going for a fusion guided biopsy this month.
The report also mentioned small pelvic sidewall lymph nodes that are not technically enlarged by size criteria.
Would this mean if the lesions are cancer, I have lymph node involvement?,
Thank you
