I Am 74 Yr Old With1.65m Ht.wt.75kg Diabetic Hyper Tension

i am 74 yr old with1.65m ht.wt.75kg diabetic hyper tension patient,who was knocked down with akflast march and had undergone dialysis back to back for week to control creaaatininelevel to 1.7.I am now on treatment ,but my anaemia is being kept under controlwith 25mcg cresp.pl. advise whether it is ok or any betteer way of controlling....
