I Am 78 Yrs And Anemic. I Lose 2-3 Units

i am 78 yrs and anemic. i lose 2-3 units of blood every 6-8 months and have to have transfusions. My stool has no blood and stomach shows 2-3 small bleeders which have been cauterized several times. I am constantly exhausted even though I eat well. My doctors do not appear to take this condition seriously and I need to find a specialist for answers. The lost blood has to be going somewhere!!
