I Am 81 Years, Recovering From Lung Cancer And Have

i am 81 years, recovering from Lung Cancer and have been on warfarin for at least ten years. My P.a.
has changed dosages several times and consistently my pro time was in tje 2 to 2+ range. Then comes the
lung cancer. I was taken off Warfarin for about a month and restarted with a lower dosage.
Previous dosage was {5 MG day 1; 2.5 mg day 2, 2.5 mg day 3; 2.5 day 4.).... Start over again with day 1.
This had been my 4 day dosage for some years.
Now my P.A. has put me on a new schedule (5 mg , day 1; nothing on day 2; 2.5 mg on day 3; nothing on day 4; 2.5 mg on day 5. Start over again with day 1.
I realize it will take much time to get even a small amount of my old strength back and I'm not pushing myself too hard but I am exceedingly tired and weak ALL the time.
I saw this ad on TV and am wondering if you think I might consider trying Eliquis
Thank you, Doctor
