I Am A 18 Years Old Girl And I Am

i am a 18 years old girl and i am having irregular heart beats since last september ,pain in left side of my chest .i also had an ecg which revealead as per the doctor sinus arrythymia , i am not able to sleep at night also due to this and also there is pain in my ankles and toes and they are always cold
